MEET PAT RILEY
Pat graduated from UC Davis and spent 13 years teaching high school. Following that, she transitioned into a career as a real estate salesperson in the scenic town of San Juan Bautista, CA.
Pat owned and cultivated a 17-acre orchard of Blenheim apricots, where she also operated a fruit stand and created an apricot conserve that was sold in upscale grocery stores.
Her passion for equestrian activities led her to breed and raise Trakehner horses, participating in three-day events and being an active member of a hunting club. Additionally, Pat has been a breeder of Jack Russell terriers for two decades.
After relocating to Nevada, she started her role as a Broker Salesperson with Smith Valley Realty. Following the passing of the broker, she took over as the broker and rebranded the company to Walker River Basin Realty, now serving both Smith Valley and Mason Valley.
Pat truly enjoys her work, as she relishes the challenge of helping buyers find the perfect home and property to suit their family’s needs.
She feels grateful for her decision to move to Nevada, where the four distinct seasons offer breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, countless stars, endless recreational opportunities, welcoming people, and a tranquil environment.
